摘要 PURPOSE:To make precise and stabilized measurement of registers possible for form printing, and to make precise registering possible with information regarding positioning given by a method wherein image processing is made, based on images made by photographing forms on printing paper directly with an area sensor. CONSTITUTION:In a form printing machine with which printing and processing including horizontal perforating, punching, vertical perforating and slitting are made, printing parts and processing parts on forms are photographed with an area sensor 24 such as stroboscopic light and a TV camera. Then, still pictures are taken into an image processing device 28, and positions for the horizontal perforating, the punching 15, the vertical perforating 16, the slitting 17, form ends 14 and the printing are measured by image processing. Then, automatic adjustment is made, based on information regarding the positions, with an amendment driving part such as a register amending motor 29. Thereby, the horizontal perforating, for which direct detection is difficult, can be detected on the same level as detection for the printing and the processing.
