PURPOSE:To provide a reusable thermochromism recording compsn. naturally erasing a recorded image after the elapse of a certain period and a recording medium utilizing the same. CONSTITUTION:A compsn. contains an electron acceptic compd. being either one of an organophosphorus compd. having a 12 or more C higher alkyl group, an aliphatic carboxylic acid compd. and a phenolic compd. and an electron donating compd. reacting with the electron acceptive compd. under heating to develop a color. In a reversible thermal color forming compsn. showing a heat generating peak in a temp. rising process in differential scanning calorimetric analysis or differential heat analysis in the developed color state thereof, a color erasing accelerator is further added to obtain an elapsed control type thermochromism compsn. A recording medium utilizes this compsn. |
