PURPOSE: To improve the crime prevention property of a security tube and reduce backlash. CONSTITUTION: A housing 2 covering protectively the locking lever C and a crime prevention tube 4 having a peripheral surface to cover a sill knob rod 6 connected to the housing 2 are provided in a lock having the sill knob rod 6 connected rotatably to the rocking lever C so as to switch the locking lever C to the locking position and the unlocking position. The outside peripheral surface of the part of the sill knob rod 6 that is covered with the crime prevention tube 4 and the inside periphery of the security tube 4 are spaced apart.
