MANUFACTURE OF FLOOR HEATING PANEL

PURPOSE:To manufacture a floor heating panel without the possibility of impairing a heater and, moreover, with high productivity. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 3 is applied on the upper surface of a frame material 2 provided at the periphery of the upper surface of a rear plate 1 and a polyurethane foam material 5 is injected into a recession 4 surrounded by the frame material 2 on the upper surface of the rear plate 1. Next, a surface plate 7 having a heater 6 provided on the lower side is laminated on the rear plate 1 with the periphery thereof superposed on the upper surface of the frame material 2. While these materials are clamped, the polyurethane foam material 5 is foamed. It is unnecessary to inject the polyurethane foam material 5 by using a pipe or with the materials set in a mold.
