PURPOSE:To inexpensively produce a shape steel for steel-made continuous wall having a horizontally asymmetrical circular joints. CONSTITUTION:This producing process is composed of a rough rolling process for rolling a slab to a rough rolled stock through a break-down mill BD, an intermediate rolling process for forming approximately H-beam which is horizontally asymmetric through universal mills U1, U2 and edger mills E1, E2, a circular bending process for bending the flange parts as arc through a finishing mill F, further, a finish forming process for forming the flange parts to the circular joints as the product shape. The number of calibers in the circularly bending process and the radiuses at the bending parts of the calibers for working are decided by the conditions, in which compressive stresses in the longitudinal direction of the tip parts of the flanges do not exceed buckling limit stresses obtd. from the flange sizes. Further, the number of the calibers and the radius of the bending part of the caliber for circular bending are almost satisfied by the following equation. ri=rpXn/i, Wherein, ri: radius of i-th caliber, n: the total number of the calibers in the circular bending and the finish forming, rp: radius of joint part in the product. |
