PURPOSE:To produce a gas barrier laminated film excellent in the close contact strength with a polyolefinic resin without lowering the gas barrier properties originally possessed by a base material film made of a transparent plastic film having a silicon oxide membrane layer and using an anchor coat agent on the surface of the silicon oxide membrane layer. CONSTITUTION:In producing a gas barrier laminated film by laminating a polyolefinic resin extruded from an extruder in a molten state to the surface of the silicon oxide membrane layer of a base material film made of a transparent plastic film having the silicon oxide membrane layer provided to at least the single surface thereof, the temp. of the polyolefinic resin is selected from a range of 280-320 deg.C and the heat treatment temp. of the obtained laminated film is selected from a range of 40-70 deg.C).
