PURPOSE:To reduce a bonding time and use a low-cost hard printed board by a flip chip connection. CONSTITUTION:Drive ICs 4 are arranged in two lines on the both sides of a line of LED arrays 2. The arrays 2 are connected to ICs 4 by flip chips by individually providing polar wires 8 between the arrays 2 and the drive ICs 4. A light-transmitting window is provided on a printed board 6 for transmitting a light. |
