<p>PURPOSE:To certainly control the thickness of a multilayered film by forming the polymer passage on the upstream side of the polymer confluent part in a feed block from a multiple pipe and using the inside pipe of the multiple pipe as a polymer passage for an inner layer and using the outside pipe thereof as a polymer passage for an outer layer variable in its cross-sectional shape and adjusting the cross-sectional shape thereof corresponding to the thickness in the lateral direction of the film. CONSTITUTION:The molten polymer passage on the upstream side of the polymer confluent part 6 of a feed block main body 1 is formed into a multiple pipe consisting of an outside pipe 2 and an inside pipe 3. A polymer for forming an outer layer and a polymer for forming an inner layer respectively flow through the outside and inside pipes 2, 3. At this time, the outside pipe 2 is formed from a flexible pipe of which the cross-sectional shape can be adjusted. Layer thickness adjusting devices 4, 5 adjust flow rates in a lateral direction in the confluent part 6 and the cross-sectional shape of the outside pipe is adjusted corresponding to the thickness in the lateral direction of the film to adjust the thickness of the film.</p> |
