PURPOSE:To obtain a low cost sheet enhanced in transparency, thermoforming properties and smoothness by laminating a gas barrier multilayered film and a molten polypropylene resin film between a pair of cooling rolls to form a laminated sheet and continuously stretching the laminated sheet. CONSTITUTION:A molten polyproplylene resin film extruded through a T-die is laminated to the polypropylene resin layer of a non-stretched laminated film with a thickness of 10-100mum containing such a structure that a barrier layer is laminated to a polypropylene resin layer through an adhesive layer between a pair of cooling metal rolls before the molten polypropylene resin film is solidified to obtain a laminated sheet. Subsequently, this laminated sheet is set along one surface of the cooling metal roll and stretched between the other cooling metal roll provided to this cooling roll in a linear or surface contact state and the aforementioned cooling roll before the molten polypropylene resin film extruded through the T-die is solidified. By this method, a gas barrier sheet with a thickness of 0.4-1.6mm is produced. |
