<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate learning necessary expertise by a worker by organizing an assembly process based on a determined building order of a part group, so as to clear a share of the responsibility. CONSTITUTION:A part is sorted (S3) into a part group corresponding to a subfunction (S2) NI, to give a building order relating to the part group (S4). After building is determined what part group by what order (S5), its realizing process organization is determined (S7). Consequently, a consistent part relating to a subfunction is assigned to each process. Consistency is provided relating to the subfunction also by considering a process before and after. That is, also in a group (charge, section) of a worker, a consistent part or work is assigned. Consequently, executing what work by each worker or group of the worker is easily grasped, to particularly facilitate clearing work responsibility and learning expertise.</p> |
