<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a seamless composite tubular object which has a good ability to release from paper its surface in contact therewith and which is hard to cause electrostatic charge by a method wherein the base material of the seamless tubular object consists mainly of polyimide, an electrically conductive primer layer is formed on the outer surface of the tubular object and a fluororesin layer is formed on the outer surface of the primer layer. CONSTITUTION:Am cylindrical aluminum die 1 is immersed in a polyimide precursor solution to form a film thereon and, after drying, it is subjected to imide conversion reaction to its mid-course in a heating process to obtain a semi-cured polyimide tubular object P2. A primer coated tubular object P3 is obtained through a process of applying primer solution 7 and a drying process and is cooled in a cooling process. The tubular object is coated with a composition liquid 9 having ketien black added to a dispersed liquid of polytetrafluoroethylene in a fluorine coating process and its imide conversion reaction is completed and the fluororesin is baked in a heating process, thereby obtaining a composite tubular object P4 having the polyimide cured tubular object coated with primer and polytetrafluoroethylene and the resulting coat baked.</p> |
