PURPOSE:To perform construction work safely and surely even in the case that sprayed mortar is passed through a long hose along a cliff where there is no suitable footing by putting proper amount of water reducing agent and thickener into the sprayed mortar. CONSTITUTION:Sprayed mortar prepared by mixing cement, aggregate, and water is conveyed pneumatically through a hose 3 and sprayed from the end of a nozzle 2 to form a mortar layer over a cliff 4 or the like. The mortar contains water reducing agent of 0.1-1.0wt.% and thickener of 0.001-0.01wt.% with respect to cement. Or water reducing agent of 0.01-1.0wt.% and thickener of 0.0005-0.01wt.% may be put into the mortar. By this method, even at a spot far from a kneading.spraying machine 1 and even with the long hose 3, construction work can be performed without causing separation of material and without generating pulsation of the hose 3. |
