PRODUCTION OF PULTRUSION MOLDING

PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing a pultrusion molding in which bubbles hardly remain and strength is excellent. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of guide bars 212 are arranged in a resin- impregnating tank 21. A reinforced fiber bundle 1 is transferred through the intervals of a plurality of guide bars 212. The intervals of the filament of the reinforced fiber bundle 1 are impregnated with unhardened thermosetting resin 6 while removing bubbles 1 existing in the reinforced fiber bundle 1. Reinforced fiber 3 impregnated with unhardened thermosetting resin is obtained. Reinforced fiber 3 is heated and hardened while passing it through a die for pultrusion and continuously pulled out.
