SHUTTERING TUBE FOR CONCRETE COLUMN AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: To exclude the appearance of undesired characteristics such as a spiral joint line or the like on the outer surface of a completed concrete column by forming an epoxy resin coating on the inner surface of a form tube for a concrete column constituted of a spirally wound paper ply by centrifugal casting. CONSTITUTION: A long strong cylindrical tube 11 constituted of a spirally wound paper ply wherein a plurality of layers are bonded to each other is prepared for a form tube receiving poured concrete and an epoxy resin is deposited on the inner wall surface of the spirally wound paper ply while the tube 11 is rotated in a horizontal state to form an epoxy resin coating on the inner wall surface of the form tube by centrifugal casting. By curing the epoxy resin coating subjected to centrifugal casting, the appearance of undesired characteristics such as a spiral joint line or the like on the outer surface of the concrete column formed by the form tube is excluded.
