PURPOSE:To rapidly predict the generation of breakout with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:One set of a temp. detector 12D and plural temp. detectors 12A-12C among one set plural temp. detectors provided in a mold 11 are connected to a predictive discrimination part. The predictive discrimination part is provided with plural cross-correlation calculators 13A-13C for executing normalization calculation and cross-correlation calculation by using the detected signal from each temp. detector, a temp. change pattern detector 15 for detecting the temp. change pattern showing the time series change of the temp. by inputting the detected signal of the temp. detector 12D, and plural peak detectors 14A-14C for executing the peak detection of each output in plural cross- correlators and plural breakout detecting networks 16A-16C for executing the predictive discrimination of the breakout by inputting these outputs and the output of the temp. change pattern detector. An alarm output instrument 17 outputs the alarm when the one or more outputs in the outputs of plural breakout detecting networks become the threshold value or above.
