PURPOSE:To prepare a dry pellet, excellent in stability of glutathione in drying and preserving and useful as a feed, etc., for cultured fishes by using an alcohol as a binding liquid in a feed containing a prescribed amount of reduced form glutathione, pelletizing the resultant mixture and drying the prepared pellets. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing the objective dry pellet is to add and mix an alcohol as a binding liquid to a feed containing 0.05-5wt.% reduced form glutathione such as a compound feed for a young yellowtail, then pelletize the resultant mixture and dry the prepared pellet at, e.g. 90 deg.C for 10min. |
