发明名称 SUBLIMATION TYPE THERMAL TRANSFER MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of sticking in an n-fold mode method by forming a sublimation type thermal transfer material by laminating a colorant layer containing a sublimable dye and the uppermost layer containing a curable resin and a lubricant on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A sublimation type thermal transfer material is formed by providing a colorant layer containing a sublimable dye and a binder on a substrate and laminating the uppermost layer containing a curable resin and a lubricant thereon. The colorant layer is the single layer constitution of an ink layer containing a sublimable dye and a binder or constitution such that a dye supply layer for many-time printing or n-fold printing and a transfer contributing layer are mainly laminated on the substrate in this order in succession. As a concrete examaple of the curable resin, there is a phenol/formalin resin, a urea/formalin resin or an unsaturated polyester resin. As a concrete example of the lubricant, there are higher fatty acid, higher aliphatic alcohol, higher fatty acid ester, phosphoric ester, and the like.
