PURPOSE:To obtain a real-time storage integration type speech communication device which is increased in integration degree by using a mobile type electronic mail device. CONSTITUTION:An origination-side exchange 804 sends an actuation signal on receiving a call from an origination-side telephone set 802. A termination-side exchange 804 once receiving it sends an electronic mail wherein speech communication control information that a termination side 806 requests is described to the electronic mail device 810 by using the mobile type electronic mail device 807, and a text electronic mail and a speech electronic mail from a test storage device 816 and a speech storage device 815 are received by a movement- destination telephone set 813. With the constitution which uses this mobile type electronic mail device, the real-time storage integration type speech communication device which is convenient and increased in the degree of integration of a real-time speech communication like telephone, etc., that a sender or receiver requests by test electronic mailing and a storage type speech communication of electronic mails is obtained.
