PURPOSE:To improve the reply probability with respect to a call through a control channel. CONSTITUTION:In the data transmitter in which the changeover of a data channel is designated through a control channel between a caller station l and a called station 2, and after data communication is executed through the designated data channel, the caller station 1 and the called station 2 are returned in a standby reception state through the control channel again, the caller station 1 is provided with a communication time data generating section generating communication time data depending on the required time of data communication for a call for each call and the called station 2 is provided with a communication time limit section limiting the communication time based on the communication time data. |
