<p>PURPOSE:To prevent misoperation, to perform operation output corresponding to a plant state and to lighten the burden on an operator by providing a priority index setting means which changes a setting from the presence of an operation signal in a priority processing to the absence of the operation signal. CONSTITUTION:This device has a precedent priority input decision means 8 which decides whether or not there is the operation signal in the priority processing by referring to indexes stored in a priority presence/absence storage means 7 and makes the inputted operation signal invalid when deciding that there is already an operation signal in the priority process. When it is decided that there is not the operation signal in the priority process, on the other hand, an operation output request is sent to an operation output means 3 and when a corresponding index in a priority index information storage means 9 wherein indexes showing whether or not inputted operation signals are preferentially processed are set and stored by the operation signals indicates the priority processing, the corresponding index in the priority presence/absence storage means 7 is set to the presence of the operation signal in the priority processing. Then the device is equipped with a priority index setting means 10 which changes the setting from the presence of the operation signal in the priority processing to the absence of the operation signal of the priority processing when an operation completion report is inputted from the operation output means 3.</p> |
