<p>PURPOSE:To shorten lead time by arranging common components precedently in an inquiry stage, and planning of the arrangement of optional components synchronizing with the arrangement of the common components after an order is fixed. CONSTITUTION:A production planning image information registration program 2 inputs standard product number information and registers it on a production planning image information storage part 21 in the inquiry stage of a product. After the order is defined, the production planning image information registration program 2 inputs optional product number information, and attaches it on the standard product name information, and registers it on the production planning image information storage part 21. A requirement quantity calculation program 3 samples item information by an item information sampling means 31 at a time decided in advance, and calculates overall requirement quantity and net requirement quantity by an overall/net requirement quantity calculation means 32, and performs arrangement planning by an arrangement planning means 33, and performs one-level component development by a one-level component developing means 34, and synchronizes the arrangement planning by an arrangement planning synchronizing means 35, then, sets a requirement planning by a requirement planning means 36.</p> |
