<p>PURPOSE:To provide the operation terminal controller which improves the reliability of plant operation by detecting variation of driving characteristics at an operation terminal of a plant and corresponding properly to the variation, and detecting abnormality at the operation terminal and operation in an actual site. CONSTITUTION:A driving command setting means 23 computes a driving command based on a driving command (a) and driving characteristic information (d) from a process controller. Then a driving characteristic arithmetic means 26 computes driving characteristic information (d) based on the operation terminal information (b) and driving command (c) from an operation terminal information input means 22. An abnormality decision means 28 decides the abnormality at the operation terminal based on the operation terminal information (b), driving command (c), driving characteristic information (d), and operation terminal state information (e) computed by an operation terminal operation detecting means 27.</p> |
