PURPOSE:To remove the image forming material of both surfaces of an image holder to which the image forming material is stuck only by allowing the image holder to pass through once. CONSTITUTION:A transfer paper 102 having the formed toner image on both surfaces (after this, it is called a both-side transfer paper) is carried from a paper feeding unit 1 to a toner removal processing unit 2, to receive processing for removing the toner on one surface. Then, the both-side transfer paper 102 whose one surface is processed for removing the toner (after this, it is called a one-side removal transfer paper) is carried from the toner removal processing unit 2 to a carrying path for feeding back, to reach a switchback path 49 and turned upside down thereon to be refed by a refeeding roller 491. The refed one-side removal transfer paper 102 is carried to the toner removal processing unit 2 to remove the toner on the other surface and then, carried to a paper receiving unit 3, to be ejected onto a paper ejecting tray 301. |
