PURPOSE:To surely guarantee the fact of transmission-reception by allowing a credible 3rd party (evidence generating server) to generate evidence information guaranteeing event of message transmission-reception between transmission/ reception terminal equipments and allowing the transmission terminal equipment to send a transmission message with the evidence information added. CONSTITUTION:When a message is sent from a terminal equipment to a terminal equipment, for example, from a WS 10 to a WS 20, an evident generating server 2 being a 3rd party connecting on a network 1 generates a transmission evidence according to a transmission evidence generating request from an AP 13 of the WS 10 and sends it to the WS 10. The WS 10 adds the transmission evidence to a message and sends the resulting message to the WS 20. Then the server 2 generates reception evidence based on a confirmation request to an evidence confirmation server 3 (3rd party) of the WS 20, reserves the generated reception evidence and replies it to the evidence confirmation server 3. The evidence confirmation server 3 reserves the replied reception evidence. Then the server 3 receives an acknowledgement request of the reception evidence from the AP 13 of the WS 10 to confirm whether or not the reception evidence is in existence and replies the confirmation result to the WS 10. |
