PURPOSE:To provide a low-cost heat accumulation air-conditioning device which is constituted to regulate refrigerant amounts of a circuit for general cooling heating and a circuit for dispersing cold and heat are regulatable to respective proper amounts in a short time without mounting a special mechanism for moving a refrigerant, effect no movement between the two circuits after regulation, and perform stable cooling heating operation without the occurrence of a trouble owing to surplus of a refrigerant or deficiency in the refrigerant. CONSTITUTION:A circuit 18 for general cooling and heating driven by a compressor 1 and a circuit 21 for dispersing cold and heat driven by a refrigerant gas pump 13 form respective independent circuits. A heat accumulation air-conditioning device comprises first and second bypass circuits 22 and 23 having first and second opening/ closing devices 22a and 23a, and a control device 27 to control opening and closing of the first and second opening/closing devices 22a and 23a for a counting time of a timer 32 to effect movement of a refrigerant between the circuits. This constitution produces an effect wherein movement of a refrigerant between the circuits is effected in a short time and after movement, both the circuit 18 for general cooling and heating and the circuit 21 for dispersing cold and heat are continuously operated by a proper amount of a refrigerant without surplus of a refrigerant and deficiency in the refrigerant.
