<p>PURPOSE:To prevent fuming and firing by, relating to a coil using low-melting- point insulation wire, winding the coil loose entirely or partially, at least by one layer, in relation with the coil at winding end through the second layer, so that the wire is melted surely at early stage. CONSTITUTION:The coil 12 of the second layer shown by vertical lines in a cross section out of a coil 1 wound around a bobbin 2 is wound with gaps partially. A coil 13 of the third layer whose cross section shown by right tilted lines is made to touch the coil of first layer whose cross section shown with horizontal line. Thus, the voltage applied across wires becomes at least twice as large compared to ordinal alignment winding, so that insulation breakdown is hard to take place when a ballast is overheated, and the current at inter-layer insulation breakdown increases abruptly, for possible sure and argent protection operation.</p> |
