PURPOSE:To provide a method for accurately examining a content with a smaller specific gravity component out of fluids which contains components having different specific gravities, such as liquid and gas, or water and oil, housed in a flexible package body and can be separated by allowing them to be left still. CONSTITUTION:At the same time or immediately after a gas-containing sealed package body L carried by a conveyer 101 is cooled by a cold wind supplying equipment 103, a detector 211 detects the temperature of a surface according to infrared rays emitted from the gas-containing sealed package body L of the first conveyor 101, the obtained temperature information is converted into thermal image data by a circuit 20 for converting into the thermal image data and is stored in a memory 30, and then the projected area of a part in a specific temperature range on the surface of the gas- containing sealed package body, namely a part in contact with the gas on the surface of the gas-containing sealed package body, is operated by a sensing means 40 on the basis of this data. The area is in correlationship with the volume of gas in the gas-continuing sealed package body, namely a gas-containing rate. |
