METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR REDUCTION OF LOOKING-ON OF DATA ON SCREEN

PURPOSE: To provide a method and device for reducing the possibility of the unenabled looking-on of computer data. CONSTITUTION: The secrecy protection of a laptop computer 40 can be improved by using a mobile visible area 50 and an unclear area 52 of a laptop screen. The visible area 50 is defined by a user so that a single word, single line, or plural data lines can be included. The unclear area 52 includes all the residual spaces on the lapop screen which are not defined as the visible area 50. The user designates the unclear area 52 so as to be completely hidden (that is, by making the area black or white), or so as to be difficult to look on by others. This method is especially valid for the laptop computer 40 in a crowded environment during traveling by an airplane or the like. Thus, the possibility that others look on the sensitive computer data without permission can be reduced.
