PURPOSE:To grasp the conditions of a lost order in an order entry system. CONSTITUTION:A correction/erasure information input means 1 inputs correction/erasure information showing the correction or erasure of registered received order information in a received order file 6. A registered received order information reading means 2 reads the registered received order information in the received order file 6 corresponding to the correction/erasure information. An information collating means 3 collates the correction/ensure information with the registered received order information. Based on the collated result of the information collating means 3, a lost order number calculating means 4 calculates the number of lost orders concerning the registered received order information. A lost order monitor file writing means 5 writes lost order information containing the number of lost orders in a lost order monitor file 7.
