摘要

PURPOSE:To shorten the queuing time needed for starting a new video program by carrying out the preferent control for use of a time slot that starts the radiating of the new video program. CONSTITUTION:The time of high priority are assigned to the reading start requests Rq11-14 of video programs, and the time slots of low priority are assigned to the time slot using requests Sq11-Sq14 for continuation of the video signal under being read respectively. Therefore the reading of the video information is started with no queuing time needed when the reading of the video program is started. Furthermore the requests Sq11-14 are delayed when the requests Rq11-14 are already received or the requests Sq11-14 are precedently received. Even under such conditions, the time slots are always assigned within a single period after the requests are received.
