PURPOSE:To obtain a vibrating gyro which can suppress a drift due to the disorder in the vibrating direction of a vibrating body accompanying change in surroundings such as change in atmospheric temperature. CONSTITUTION:The vibrating gyro contains a vibrator 12 in which piezoelectric elements 16a, 16b, 16c have been formed on side faces of a regular triangular prism-shaped vibrating body 14. A driving voltage from an oscillation circuit 28 which is composed of an amplifier circuit 30 and a phase correction circuit 32 is given to the piezoelectric elements 16a, 16b. In addition, a driving signal whose phase has been inverted by an inverting circuit 34 is given to the piezoelectric element 16c. A signal which is obtained from the piezoelectric element 16c is fed back to the oscillation circuit 28. Output signals of the piezoelectric elements 16a, 16b are input to a differential circuit 38. |
