PURPOSE:To obtain a compact liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION:This is the portable liquid crystal display device consisting of two liquid crystal panels 11 and 70 and a frame body 50. A receiving part 52 for disposing at least one panel 70 is disposed on the frame body 50 and a spacer 80 is disposed between the panels 11 and 70. The liquid crystal panels are the driving liquid crystal panel 11 and the correction liquid crystal panel 70. The spacer 80 is the light shielding member and it is constituted of a panel frame member covering the liquid crystal panel. The panel frame member is constituted of an electromagnetic shield member and a positioning member is arranged in the space of the liquid crystal panel by utilizing level difference between an upper glass and a lower glass constituting the liquid crystal panel. Since the receiving part 52 is disposed on the frame member and the outside part of the frame member corresponding to the receiving part 52 is projectingly formed, the space on the inside of the liquid crystal display device is reduced and the device can be made thin. |
