<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the conduction test, when a flexible synthetic resin conduit pipe embedded with a wire is wound up by a predetermined length and cut off, by testing conduction of the conduit pipe to be wound up next accumulated in an accumulator. CONSTITUTION:An accumulator 27 for accumulating a flexible synthetic resin conduit pipe 21 embedded with a wire longer than the length to be wound up by single operation is installed between a cooling water tank 19 and a cutting machine 25. A test circuit 29 applies a voltage between the conductor of a wire 11 at the start-of-winding around a supply drum and the cutter 25a of the cutting machine 25 and tests the conducting state between the start-of- winding of the wire 11 around the supply drum and a point to be cut off. Since the cutter 25a touches the conductor of the wire 11 when the cutting machine 25 cuts off the conduit pipe 21, a current flows through the wire 11 so long as the wire is not disconnected otherwise the current does not flow. In other words, at least the conduit pipe 21 accumulated in the accumulator 27 is not disconnected so long as the wire is not disconnected at the time of cutting the conduit pipe.</p> |
