<p>PURPOSE:To notify an operator easily whether a power plant is operating as scheduled by displaying the scheduled time and the actual operating time at each operating stage when the power plant is started or stopped. CONSTITUTION:A calculation time extracting means 5 extracts the scheduled operation starting time of the first operational item at a predetermined operating stage, as a scheduled starting time of operating stage, among the scheduled operation starting times of respective operational items of a power plant 1. A schedule progress display means 6 presents the scheduled starting times thus extracted on a display 13 in the form of a schedule progress table. An actual operating time collecting means 9 receives the actual operating time of the first operational item of operating stage, as an actual starting time of operational stage, from the power plant 1 and an actual progress display means 11 presents the actual starting time thus collected on the display 13 in the form of an actual progress table.</p> |
