PURPOSE:To attain participation on the way of a conference and to easily confirm a participant by discriminating whether or not the participation is available as to clarification of participation and displaying an icon of an identification picture of a party clarifying the participation onto a display device of a conference terminal equipment when the participation is available. CONSTITUTION:A person taking part in a conference using a video conference terminal equipment 50a starts a predetermined conference application at a terminal equipment 50a to reference conference tables 64, 66 of a central station 52. When an object conference is held and the participation is inhibited, a conference sponsor or a representative person of the conference registered on the table 64 is accessed and desired participation is clarified. When the participation is admitted, a picture of the user or a symbol picture able to discriminate the user and a concerned terminal address and a type of an available application are sent from the terminal equipment 50a to the central station 52. Other conference terminal equipments 50b, 50c display a picture sent from the terminal equipment 50a taking part newly in the conference is displayed on a screen of the display device as an icon and registers it. |
