PURPOSE:To make thin a resistor and improve the connection reliability by forming connection parts of the resistor and terminals having mounting parts extending from the lower end of an insulation base board and fixed to a printed board. CONSTITUTION:After inserting a protrusion 6c of a slider support 6 into a mounting hole 5d of a slider 5, its top end is caulked to fix the slider to the support 6. A coupling piece 7b of a terminal 7 is press-fitted into and caulked to a recess 3b of an insulation base board 3, an eyelet 7a is inserted in a through-hole 3e, its top end is caulked to fix the terminal 7 to the board 3 and similarly, a terminal 8 and intermediate terminal 9 are fixed to the board 3. A tubular part 6a of the support 6 is inserted into a through-hole 3a of the board 3 and its top end is caulked to fix the board 3 to the support 6. A mounting part 7c of the terminal 7 passes through a through-hole 11 until a root contacts the surface of a printed board 10, similarly that 8c of the terminal 8 passes through another through-hole and a mounting piece 9c of the terminal 9 passes through to make the board self-standing. |
