<p>PURPOSE:To manifest appropriately the function of each additive without problems such as the generation of contamination in the inside of a developing device by the stripping of the various additives with the agitation of the device since the various additives does not exist on the outside shell surface of a toner. CONSTITUTION:In the producing method of a thermocompression fixing capsule toner constituted of a hot-melt core material containing at least a thermoplastic resin and the outside shell provided so as to cover the surface of the core material, the shell in which the additives are dispersed is formed by covering the surface of the core material with the resin, in which at least one or more kind of the additives selected from a group composed of an electroconductive material, a charge controlling agent, a wax component, a coloring material and a magnetic powder are previously dispersed, by in situ polymerization and the thermocompression fixing capsule toner is obtained by this method.</p> |
