CONSTITUTION:Regarding an optical magnetic field sensor composed of a first polarizer 1, a half-wave plate 2, a magnetic optical element 3, and a second polarizer 4 which are fixed in a case in this order, the first polarizer 1, the half-wave plate 2, the magnetic optical element 3, and the second polarizer 4 are fixed by epoxy resin with which a metal oxide powder is mixed.</p> |
