<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the repetition of same test by effecting the control, e.g. operation or monitoring, and measurement of voltage and current at the site where a gas insulated switchgear is installed using a tester connected therewith. CONSTITUTION:An operator operates or monitors each gas insulated switchgear 1 on a direct control board 51 of a gas insulated switchgear controller 50. An operating signal or a monitoring signal therefrom is converted through an electro-optical signal converting section 52 into an optical signal which is transmitted to an optical signal controller 53. The optical signal controller 53 is connected through an optical star coupler 61 and an optical cable 60 with the terminal 20 of each gas insulated switchgear. The terminal 20 has a test terminal 27 connected through a connection cable 62 with a tester 70. Control, e.g. operation or monitoring, and measurement of voltage and current of the gas insulated switchgear 1 are effected at the site where the gas insulated switchgear 1 is installed using the tester 70.</p> |
