PURPOSE: To provide a reaction device having a characteristic for positioning and moving a pipet needle at an arbitrary distance from the vertical axial center line of a sample vessel, as well as a particle suspending method usable through a low cost and compact facility having the capability of preparing a suspension via a mixture of solid-phase particles and a reagent without oscillating the reaction vessel. CONSTITUTION: This analysis device having a means for suspending particles is equipped with a transfer means for positioning pipet needles 18 at a distance (e) from the vertical axial center line 22 of a reaction vessel 8. Particle suspending treatment is made through a process for distributing and feeding a reagent to two different positions at the distance (e) from the vertical axial center line 22 of the reaction vessel 8, and for generating a flow capable of suspending all particles via the feed of the reagent in the reaction vessel 8. As a result, no work is required to rock the reaction vessel 8 at a later stage. |
