发明名称 VIBRATION WAVE MOTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic motor having a stabilized friction coefficient by constituting a sliding surface of a moving body with a composite material filled with carbon beads of the particular grain size and also constituting the surface to be slid of the moving body with a nickel-phophorus group alloy film showing eutectoid of fluorine resin. CONSTITUTION:A sliding body which constitutes a sliding surface of a moving body 7 is formed of a composite resin layer which is obtained by combining a non-thermosetting polyimide as a mother material resin, liquid crystal aromatic polyester and various kinds of thermosetting resins and then mixing thereto carbon beads, more preferably glass carbon beads, in the average grain size of 3 to 30mum in 10 to 40wt.%. The surface of the sliding body 2 to be slid is formed of a nickel-phosphorus group alloy film having preferable Vickers hardness of 400 to 900 after the thermal processing obtained by eutectoid of the fluorin resin preferably in 1.5 to 8.5wt.%. Thereby lubricant property can be improved and an ultrasonic motor having a stable friction coefficient can be obtained.
