PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing cost by making digital audio signals of plural channels to be demultiplexed correspondent to each channel based on an offset voltage so as to simplify the entire configuration. CONSTITUTION:An offset voltage provision circuit 4 providing an offset voltage to one of received analog audio signals of two channels L, R and providing the resulting signal to a DELTASIGMA modulation circuit 5 is provided to a transmission circuit 1. Then each 1-bit digital audio signal modulated by the DELTASIGMA modulation circuit 5 is extracted by a 1-bit Lch.Rch multiplexer 6 alternately at a predetermined sampling time interval to generate a 1-channel multiplexing signal, which is sent. An offset voltage detection circuit 8 of a reception circuit 3 detects the difference from the modulation state corresponding to the offset voltage of the 1-bit digital audio signal in two channels demultiplexed by a multiplexer/ demultiplexer circuit 7 to provide an output of each demultiplex signal of two channels corresponding to L and R channels. |
