PURPOSE: To display a video image on a computer, with which plural windows can be simultaneously displayed, by displaying a graphic image on the 1st window and displaying a video signal on the 2nd window provided with a control part for adding notes to this graphic image. CONSTITUTION: First of all, in a picture 12b-1, a window 30 showing an incoming call appears on the screen of remote user. The remote user refuses or accepts the call while using a control element in the window 30. When the call is accepted, a picture 12b-2 is generated and a video window 32 is displayed. The window 32 first displays the image of user at a remote computer. When there is a response to the call, the video image from a camera related to a picture 12a is transferred to the remote computer and displayed on the window 32 in a picture 12b-3. When the local user generates the graphic image, that image is displayed on a window 34 in a picture 12b-4. |
