PURPOSE:To prevent the interruption of an equipment due to the sold out of components, by making a component supply maintaining means maintain all kinds of mounting components to be bonded to a printed circuit board, storing at least two groups of component supply units for every kinds in a component storing means, and automatically replenishing vacant component supply units. CONSTITUTION:All kinds of component supply units 2 on which mounting components necessary for a previously set printed circuit board are mounted are set on a component supply station 3. A component loader 5 moves a vacant component supply unit 2 led in a component supply unit discharge loader 5b, and finally moves the unit 2 to the position of a component storing vessel 4. When the component supply unit 2 on which all kinds of mounting components necessary for the component supply station 3 are mounted is set, a mounting machine 1 beings mounting action to the printed circuit board. Thereby the interrution of an equipment due to components sold out can be avoided. |
