PURPOSE:To improve cleaning workability by a method wherein a hole on a front surface is communicated with a hole on a rear surface so as to be slanted in the end faces of the opening holes of a filter while the surface of the filter is coated with a polysiloxane resin coating composition. CONSTITUTION:A filter 13 is arranged between the suction port 5 of a hood main body 1 and the suction port 7 of an exhaust fan 8. The surface of the filter 13 is coated with a polysiloxane resin coating composition 14 while the coating composition is stabilized and adhered by high-temperature drying. The hole 16a on the front surface is communicated slantedly with the hole 16b of a rear surface so as to be intersected with the coating direction 17 of the coating composition in the end faces 15 of the opening hole on the filter 13 whereby the inside of the hole is coated surely by the polysiloxane resin coating composition 14. On the other hand, grease constituent, collected by the surface and the end face 18 of opening hole of the filter 13, is adhered to the filter by and by while becoming a plurality of oil balls by the oil repelling characteristics of the polysiloxane resin coating composition 14 whereby the grease constituent can be swept out easily. |
