PURPOSE: To provide a system for accounting loyalties generated at the time of printing out a copyright document by a document printer. CONSTITUTION: The system includes digital display to be provided for the copying of a copyright document provided with pritable codes on respective pages of the document itself by the document printer 62, a picture processor 30 for detecting the existence of the printable codes on the digital display, a graphic symbol decoding device 34 for decoding the printable codes, a means 42 for responding to the device 34 in order to determine royalties for the copying of the copyright original, and an accounting means 46 for recording the royalties. |
