METHOD OF RECOVERING PETROLEUM PRODUCTS FROM THE EARTH'S SURFACE AND A DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT THE SAID METHOD

The proposed method of recovering petroleum products from the Earth's surface and an associated device provide improved petroleum product recovery. The method involves raising the level of the product which is to be recovered in the intake zone and subsequently transferring it to a collection tank. The device to be used for this procedure has support units, a device for locally raising the level of the petroleum products in the intake zone, a pump and a collection tank. The raising device and the pump are designed in the form of a double contour structure with mutually isolated contours arranged coaxially about a common vertical axis. The cavity in the upper contour communicates via its inlet aperture with the petroleum product intake zone and at its outlet with the collection tank.
