FLOORING FOR A FARROWING PEN

The invention relates to grates for constructing a flooring in a pigpen and such flooring. The grates are preferably intended for constructing a flooring in a farrowing pen, where it is advantageous that the sow is at a higher level than the rest of the levels of the pen, where the piglets are situated. Thus, the grates comprise at least one first and second grate for forming a pen with a second higher level, which is directed parallel to the edge areas of the pen. In a preferred embodiment the grates also comprise at least one third and fourth grate for forming a pen with a second higher level, which is directed obliquely in relation to the edge areas of the pen.
