A carrying device for bags for animal excrement comprises a holder and a bag roll storage which is mountable in the holder and is a cardboard box (3) folded of a blank to a shape having a polygonal cross section, inside which box a bag roll (6) is placed. An extraction slit (7) is formed in the box between the edges of the folded blank, the holder further comprising two holder projections (2) attached to a base (1) and being located around the corners lying between the ends and longitudinal walls of the box (3).
