Disclosed is a mobile vibratory abrasive cleaning apparatus (100) that includes a flatbed (80) having wheels (81) upon which are mounted the other components of the apparatus which include a cleaning tank (10), a vibrator (50) for vibrating the tank (10), a loop system (30) for circulating the abrasive cleaner through the tank (10), control panel (70) and power generator (40) supplying electricity for running the apparatus (100). The loop systems (30) for circulating abrasive cleaner through the tank (10) includes sprayers (37) in the tank (10), an abrasive cleaner surge tank (31), filter system (34) and drain system (38a), (38b). In operation, the abrasive cleaner is pumped from the cleaner surge tank (31) to the articles (5) to be cleaned, the abrasive cleaner drains from the cleaning tank (10) and is pumped back to the cleaner surge tank (31). Contaminants are removed via a filter (34) provided in the surge tank (31) and/or the drain system (38a), (38b).
